Ordering Protective Exterior & Interior Accessories

Fia Inc. guarantees the original purchaser a limited 2 year warranty against manufacturer’s defects in materials, workmanship and finish under normal use. The warranty is void if the product has been damaged resulting from product misuse, improper installation, product modifications or product neglect. The warranty applies to all Fia products and is limited to repair, replacement or full credit for the product. Warranty does not include cost of removal, installation, labor, freight and incidental or consequential damages.

Returns/Exchanges

You can return a product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus the cost of shipping. Products must be in resalable condition and in the original packaging. Please note that you will need to obtain a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) before shipping your product back to us.

NO Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges for:

Damaged, abused, misused items

We reserve the right to reject a Return, Refund, or Exchange if the customer fails to:

1) follow the proper return procedures

2) the item remains in the customer’s possession

3) customer refuses to pay shipping costs.

We reserve the right to inspect all claimed defective returns. In the event the product is determined to be non-factory defective a credit will not be issued.

Return Credit

Your credit card will be credited for your product upon receipt and inspection of the product in our facility.

At Fia, we make ordering protective exterior & interior accessories easy. All orders received on our website will be shipped in approximately 1 – 3 weeks. We currently offer UPS ground shipping only within Canada and the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii. For shipping to the Yukon or the Territories, please call 1-800-835-0438. No collect or C.O.D. shipments, please.
